Another upper-level low pressure system will move into Southern California today with an increasing southerly flow across Arizona. This could lead to some isolated convection, mainly over the higher terrain through Wednesday, but will need to be watched. Temperatures will remain close to average with highs in the 90s as lows cool to the 60s. As this low slides east through the middle of the week, higher pressure will rebuild across the region. This will lead to warmer weather through the end of the week into the weekend. Daytime highs will top out near 100° over the weekend with warm and dry weather currently forecast into next week.
